I would really like to commend the efforts of Rene Burillo and his team members, on the repairs they accomplished on my 1996 Mercury Sable. Despite being rather difficult to initially diagnose, his team continued to work to remedy the problem, until it was resolved…even going the extra mile to contact the Ford Motors hot line, to seek some technical assistance on the problem. Bottom line…my car was expertly repaired and now runs like new. I am extremely satisfied with technical competence of Rene and his team members. They never gave-up the fight.

Service department at Brien Ford in Everett is 2nd to none I have been in there several times for an oil change and some troubleshooting issues and have been treated with professional additudes and with the respect everybody wants.
